These Terms of Service govern access to and use of NoxVarMU, including the website, game server, launcher, account panel, support tools, and any related services offered through noxvarmu.online.

1. NoxVarMU Account

You are responsible for your account, password, characters, and activity connected to your account. Do not share accounts, sell accounts, trade accounts for real money, or use another player's account without permission.

2. Game Rules and Fair Play

Players may not use cheats, packet tools, speed hacks, bots, automation tools, exploit scripts, client modifications, duping methods, bug abuse, chargeback abuse, or any method that gives an unfair advantage or harms the server. We may suspend, restrict, or close accounts that violate these rules.

3. Digital Credits and Virtual Items

NoxVarMU may offer digital in-game credits known as WCoin/Credits. These credits are delivered to the player's game account and may be used only inside the NoxVarMU game/account system for virtual services or virtual items.

WCoin/Credits and virtual items are not cryptocurrency, not cash equivalents, not banked value, not gambling chips, and not redeemable for money. They cannot be withdrawn, sold back to NoxVarMU, exchanged outside the game, or transferred for real-world value.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal. NoxVarMU does not store full payment card numbers or PayPal login details. Payment availability may depend on the payment provider's rules, risk checks, and account status.

5. Delivery of Digital Goods

Purchased WCoin/Credits are normally delivered automatically to the account used during checkout after successful payment confirmation. No physical goods are shipped.

6. Server Changes and Beta Testing

NoxVarMU is an online game service and may be updated, balanced, wiped, reset, patched, or changed over time, especially during beta testing. Experience rates, drops, events, items, maps, VIP benefits, characters, skills, and other game systems may change for balance, bug fixes, security, or server health.

7. Account Actions

We may restrict, mute, disconnect, suspend, ban, wipe, or remove accounts, characters, items, credits, or access when needed for rule enforcement, fraud prevention, chargeback handling, exploit cleanup, server stability, or legal/payment-provider requirements.

8. Community Conduct

Harassment, threats, hate speech, scamming, impersonation, staff abuse, advertising other servers, and disruptive behavior may result in account action.

9. Availability

We try to keep the website and game service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, attacks, hardware issues, software bugs, or network problems may cause downtime.

10. Webzen Notice

NoxVarMU is a private fan-operated server and is not associated with or endorsed by Webzen Inc. MU Online names, marks, and related assets belong to their respective owners.
