Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of NoxVarMU digital in-game credits, including WCoin/Credits, through noxvarmu.online.
1. Digital Goods
All purchases are for digital in-game credits or virtual services only. No physical product is shipped. WCoin/Credits are delivered to the player's game account and are usable only inside the NoxVarMU game/account system.
2. No Cash Value
WCoin/Credits and virtual items are not cryptocurrency, not cash equivalents, not redeemable for money, and cannot be withdrawn, sold back, or exchanged outside the game.
3. Refund Eligibility
Because WCoin/Credits are digital goods delivered to the account, purchases are generally final once the credits have been delivered or used. If credits were not delivered, were delivered to the wrong account due to a system error, or a duplicate payment occurred, contact support and we will review the issue.
4. Before Delivery
If a payment is completed but credits have not been delivered, contact us before opening a dispute. We can check the PayPal transaction, account ID, credit logs, and delivery status.
5. Unauthorized Payments
If you believe a payment was unauthorized, contact PayPal and contact us immediately. We may temporarily restrict the related game account while the transaction is investigated.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Chargebacks, payment reversals, or payment disputes may result in suspension or removal of the related account, credits, characters, items, or services until the issue is resolved. Fraudulent disputes or abuse of the payment system may result in permanent account closure.
7. Server Changes
Game balance changes, event changes, resets, wipes, beta changes, item adjustments, VIP adjustments, bug fixes, downtime, or rule enforcement do not automatically qualify for a refund.

For payment or fulfillment help, contact support@noxvarmu.online with your account username, PayPal transaction ID, payment date, amount, and a short explanation of the issue.
