1. Service

NoxVarMU is a private MU Online game server and web portal. By creating an account, logging in, using the launcher, using the website, buying WCoin or participating in the market or auction, you agree to these terms.

The server, website, launcher, events, drops, rewards, rankings, marketplace and account systems may change during development and testing.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for your account name, password, characters, items and activity.
• Do not share accounts if you cannot accept the risk of lost items, spent WCoin or changed characters.
• We may review account, IP, HWID, launcher, website and game logs to investigate security, abuse, bugs, chargebacks or marketplace issues.
• Accounts may be restricted for cheating, exploits, payment abuse, harassment, automation abuse or attempts to damage the service.

3. WCoin and Purchases

• WCoin, credits, VIP time, boxes, items and other rewards are digital server benefits only.
• Digital purchases have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money and are not a bank balance.
• Payment processors may collect and process payment information. NoxVarMU receives transaction details needed to confirm purchases and apply WCoin or rewards.
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud attempts or reversed payments may result in removal of WCoin, items, VIP time or account access.

4. Refunds

Because WCoin and game rewards are digital services, purchases are generally final once delivered. We may review refund requests for duplicate payments, failed delivery, confirmed technical errors or unauthorized transaction reports.

Refund decisions depend on logs, payment processor data, delivery records, marketplace activity and whether purchased currency or rewards were already used.

5. Gameplay, Market and Auction

• Do not use exploits, packet tools, duplication methods, unauthorized automation or launcher bypasses.
• Market and auction actions may use WCoin. You are responsible for checking item, price and recipient details before confirming.
• Bugged trades, suspicious listings, exploit abuse or economy abuse may be reversed or adjusted after review.
• Rankings, online state, drops, resets, grand resets and item displays may be corrected when bugs are found.

6. Availability

NoxVarMU is operated as an online game service and may go offline for updates, testing, emergency fixes, launcher changes, database maintenance or server issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
