• Account information such as username, password hash, email if provided, registration time and account status.
• Game information such as characters, class, level, resets, grand resets, inventory, warehouse, WCoin, VIP state, rankings, guilds, market listings, auction activity and gameplay logs.
• Technical information such as IP address, login time, logout time, launcher update activity, connection logs, browser/device information and security logs.
• Payment information such as payment processor transaction IDs, purchase amount, purchased package, delivery status, WCoin delivery records, refund or chargeback status. Full payment card or PayPal login details are handled by the payment processor, not by the game server.
• Support information you send to us, including account names, screenshots, logs, payment questions, bug reports or messages.

How We Use Information

• To create and secure accounts.
• To run the game server, website, rankings, warehouse, marketplace, auction, WCoin, VIP and launcher systems.
• To process payments, deliver WCoin or rewards, investigate payment problems and handle refunds or chargebacks.
• To detect bugs, exploits, cheating, duplicated items, suspicious market activity, abuse or unauthorized access.
• To answer support requests and improve the service.

Sharing

We may share limited information with payment processors, hosting providers, security tools or support tools when needed to operate the service, process payments, protect the server or respond to player requests. We do not sell player personal information.

Retention

We keep account, character, transaction, security and gameplay records as long as needed to operate the server, maintain player history, resolve disputes, investigate abuse, meet payment processor requirements and protect the economy.

Your Choices

You can contact us to ask about your account data, request correction, request account review or ask for deletion where technically and legally practical. Some logs and transaction records may be retained for security, anti-abuse and payment dispute reasons.
